We DO NOT perform procedure with external jewelry, all the procedure MUST be done with the jewelry purchased within the studio.

We DO NOT provide piercing services to minors unless a parent is present. Relationships such as siblings, cousins, or grandparents do not qualify; the accompanying adult must be a parent. If you are the legal guardian, you must provide court-issued documentation proving guardianship. Additionally, we only perform lobe piercings for individuals under the age of 14. Please refrain from insisting on exceptions, as these policies are strictly enforced.

We strongly recommend carefully reviewing:

  • Liability for Fraud: As outlined in Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 112, Section 12F Falsely signing documents may constitute fraud, which can result in potential civil liability.

  • Forgery and Uttering False Documents: As outlined in Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 267, Section 1, forging a document or knowingly using a forged document is a criminal offense.

  • Identity Fraud: Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 266, Section 37E, knowingly misusing another person's identifying information or creating and using false identification is considered identity fraud.

These statutes highlight the serious legal consequences of fraudulent activities and the importance of compliance with state laws.
